Reiki

Reiki sessions tap into the universal Life Force energy that surrounds us. I am a Reiki Master Teacher trained in the Usui tradition, and also offer tuning forks and potent guided visualisations in my Reiki session. I offer in person sessions in both Longridge and Preston (North West UK) and ​Reiki can also be offered online, from the comfort of your own home.

As well as Reiki sessions, I also offer Reiki Training so you can start to connect to Life Force energy through the Reiki channels.

Level 1 - Full day training £135 - Upon completion of level 1, you would be able to treat friends, family and animals.

Level 1 Itinerary: 

* Background to Reiki, explanation of symbols, chakras, history

* Reiki principles, grounding techniques, connecting with life force energy

* Includes outdoor elements (weather permitting) - walking in the countryside as part of the attunement.
